ORLANDO, FL 4/14/2011

So, here we are in Orlando, Florida  Thousand Trails Preserve.  We plan to stay here about 2 weeks.  Gonna see some things, do some things, but mostly just take care of a few house tending things like change the oil in the truck, finish taxes, scan photos, prepare Easter stuff for grandkids, etc.
The space we are in is very secluded by lush central Florida greenery.  We like it here!
It feels like we are all alone in a jungle.

But, if you walk out to the road, you see that we are in an RV park, albeit not many people here.  The preserve is huge with over 850 spaces.
On one of our walks, we found a giant lake, we assume that was on the preserve.  It was beautiful.  Even with it's beauty, we realized as we read the sign near it that we are in the southeastern states and there is a reason you don't see many people swimming in the lakes here.
Here is the sign a little closer!!
The fine print!
We always keep a wary eye cast at the beauty!
But still, it is a beautiful place we are visiting here in Florida!!!
We will stay here a couple weeks so we can relax, enjoy the scenery and go to  four of Disney World's theme parks.  Probably won't go swimming in the lake though..... maybe the swimming pool though.  It is very warm here!!
